I have been doing these sessions with Mancamped for about 4 months now. It has been a lot of help and I have made so many changes.
Some of the most notable changes have been a routine, Especially for the gym. I know I have a long ways to go, but between the gym, fixing my diet, and helping myself think more confidently and positively, I have been doing better.
Earlier this year, I was anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed by many of life's challenges. I reached out to Mancamped because I knew I didn't want to feel this way and knew there had to be something better. Through working on my physical, emotional, and spiritual health, Mancamped has helped me start to climb out of that hole and feel optimistic about my future.
There is no magic formula to improve your life overnight. It takes dedication to making small positive steps that compound over time. I got back into running, started reading, journaling, and sorting out my thoughts. These things aren't easy to start and are even more difficult to keep up with over time. That's where this program differs from other more traditional forms of counseling. Mancamped will be there to support you and hold you accountable day in and day out.
So far, it’s like having someone on your side with your best interests in mind. To have someone with the experiences and expertise to guide me through my hurdles, each day.
I’ve noticed a new level of confidence in myself for sure. With the boundaries, constant push for consistency, and helpful inputs in spite of my own thinking, I can gladly say that. Being only a few months in, I can’t wait to continue this and enjoy building on these foundations. The man I am now is not the one from before, but rather a new version, the one my son, family, and other relationships needed.
Before I started working with Mancamped, I was trapped in a cycle of inaction and constant overthinking. I felt no purpose in my life and saw no path forward. My inability to set boundaries with others had left me burnt out without confidence or self-respect.
Through his coaching, i've learned to stop drifting and change the direction of my life. I am more confident, take more concise action, have establishd meaningful boundaries, and for the first time, I have developed respect for myself and feel a real sense of purpose.
